Everyone in the United States has certain rights under the Constitution, regardless of immigration status. Immigrant families should have a plan, know their rights, and be prepared in case of an immigration emergency.

Red cards
The Immigrant Legal Resource Center created the Red Card to help people assert their rights and defend themselves against ICE’s unconstitutional actions. OCAPICA has developed additional in-language Red Cards for AAPI languages not available through the ILRC.
